Working principle:
Our duct making machine is driven by motor, after the turbine reduces speed, it will make molding mandrel working, and one helical gear and two spur gears meshing, pulling steel belt, rolled by four steels and rolled up, the steel belt will twine on helical gear, the again roll up and mesh, finally being spiral duct.
The length of molded duct is controlled by limit switch, can be adaptable as you require, and cut by cutting grinding wheel.
We will macth one welding machine with pipe making machine together.
Welding machine is used to connect strip when one roll is near to finish.
