    ETERNOO prestressed spiral duct making machine is for manufacturing the duct used for prestressed concrete, whose features are small size, high efficiency and simple operation and maintence, adaptable to factory or working site using.  
   Metal bellows are metal pipes made of galvanized or non-galvanized low carbon steel with spiral folding bites and used for reserved holes in post-tensioned prestressed concrete structural members
Metal corrugated pipe is made of galvanized or ungalvanized thin steel strip by pipe winding machine through pressure wave, spiral folding bite, with light weight, good stiffness, easy bending, simple connection, small friction coefficient and good adhesion to concrete

Working principle:
Our duct making machine is driven by motor, after the turbine reduces speed, it will make molding mandrel working, and one helical gear and two spur gears meshing, pulling steel belt, rolled by four steels and rolled up, the steel belt will twine on helical gear, the again roll up and mesh, finally being spiral duct. 
The length of molded duct is controlled by limit switch, can be adaptable as you require, and cut by cutting grinding wheel.
