RPB7 is piston pump type shotcrete machine. We can also call it concrete pump. Because it has same work principle and structure as common concrete pump. You can see an S-valve structure from this sketch drawing.

Applications of RPB7 shotcrete pump
RPB7 wet-mix shotcrete  pump machine can be used for the conveying and spraying of wet-mix concrete.

Typical applications include permanent and temporary rock support in tunnels and mines, or wherever sprayed concrete is to be applied.  It can also be used for pumping, grouting, concrete repair work, artificial soil seeding, mortar spraying, and refractory material spraying.

Being a piston pump, it provides much more versatility than a rotor/stator pump of a similar capacity, in both mix types and potential conveying distances.  Pumping of thick and plastic concrete also poses no problem, as the concrete is delivered up to 67bar.

The reason why RPB7 is cost-effective as below:

1. Conveying distance, materials is wet concrete: Horizontal 120 meters, vertical, 50 meters.  Rotor type shotcrete machine cannot spray wet concrete at such distance.

2.RPB7 has the same structure as concrete pump. It has hydraulic system inside. Hydraulic unit is very expensive.
