A brush self-cleaning filter is an industrial automatic filter that can provide a wide range of comprehensive performance to guarantee the purity and reliability of liquid;
The filter consists of one cylinder and one filter element and brush ; the filter element is made of SX material with the characteristic of YNT, there is a helix gap in its surface, and the opening clearance is uniform with consistent height and efficient and stable filtering. The filter screen has smooth surface, which can prevent particles from being plugged and stuck. The cleaning efficiency is high, and it is more capable of filtering the impurities such as wax, asphalt and microfiber.
After the filter has run, liquid flows from the filter inlet from up to down, and into the outlet of filter surface; when a certain volume of impurities is collected on the filter surface, the motor drives the brush installed with SelFit corrector to turn close to the filter surface, to scrape the impurities, so that the impurities are gathered in the collection room with down liquid; when a certain volume of impurities is accumulated, the automatic blowdown valve opens the collection room to discharge the liquid containing high concentration impurities. The discharged residual liquid can be recycled or discharged. The filter is equipped with an electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve opens the sewage ball valve.
The filter is equipped with a differential pressure transmitter and PLC. When the pressure difference of the filter inlet and outlet reaches the set value, the differential pressure transmitter outputs a signal to the PLC, and the PLC outputs a signal to drive the field explosion-proof electromagnetic valve; the explosion-proof electromagnetic valve starts the actuator by changing electric signal to gas signal to switch three groups of two-way valves and blowdown valve for sewage. After the sewage is finished, the system's differential pressure value recovers to the normal work state until a next signal comes.
